Dr. Schulke has completed the Clinical Neuroscience program through the Carrick Institute, numerous Functional Medicine training programs and fellowship trained in concussion management. He is Board Certified in Neuropathy through the American College of Physical Medicine and the only provider in Indiana certified through the International Society for Medical Shockwave Treatment (ISMST).
His clinical research involves neurological and vestibular system diagnostics and therapeutic applications related to Concusssion/mTBI, POTS, Dysautonomia, and Vestibular pathology.
Outside of work, Dr. Matt is a devoted husband and father of three boys. He enjoys spending time with his family and staying active, woodworking, and working around the house.

Dr. Rebecca earned her undergraduate degree from Penn State University and received her Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic.
With over a decade of experience, she brings a wealth of treatment knowledge to our practice, and is known for always approaching her work with intentionality and attention to detail.
Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, outdoor activities, and quality time with her husband, our own Dr. Matt, as well as with their three sons.

Dr. Henry Smaltz

Originally from Auburn, IN, Dr. Henry brings with him a passion for his work and a dedication to providing top-notch chiropractic care.
A graduate of IU with a bachelor's in exercise science and Logan University with a chiropractic degree, Dr. Henry brings a wealth of knowledge to our office.
Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two adorable kiddos, Calvin and Vera. Apart from dad duties, he loves spending quality time at the family lake house, playing fetch with his dogs, and enjoying the great outdoors.
